Independent senior legal counsel · Europe & international

Clear legal direction
for complex decisions.

I advise businesses, startups, innovation organisations and legal teams on commercial contracts, technology, corporate governance and EU projects—directly, pragmatically and at senior level.

A focused practice for international matters, startups and technology-enabled businesses, and teams that need experienced legal capacity without another layer of firm structure.

Where I add value

Four routes in. One senior commercial perspective.

Choose the issue that is closest to the decision in front of you. The scope can be a single review, a wider project or continuing support.

Ways to work together

Proportionate to the work. Clear before it starts.

Fees follow the shape of the mandate, not a default hourly model. The starting point is always the decision, the documents and the result required.

The working method

Clear at the start. Useful at the end.

  2. 02

    Do the legal work

Analysis, drafting or implementation shaped by the commercial context.

  3. 03

    Leave it usable

Priorities, owners, open points, residual risk and next steps.
